II. Public Reporting of FFY Annual Progress Reporting
Each state is required to report its State performance Plan (SPP) and Annual Performance Report (APR) to the public. Additionally, under section 616(b)(2)(C)(ii) state’s must also report on the performance of each Early Intervention System (EIS) program (Cluster SPOEs) for SPP indicators 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. The Indicator Tables below provide a snapshot of the progress for the state and the individual clusters. Each indicator is fully explained in the SPP.
